NSC maintains several master service agreements with large and small oil and gas companies alike. Many of the projects’ scopes are not completely finalized at the time of quoting, therefore many of our customers rely on the established MSAs with determined rates and parts markup. Utilizing the rate sheets allows NSC to provide “not to exceed” estimates for a project, move forward, and provide updated estimates as the project’s scope progresses. Using an established rate sheet helps keep the customer and NSC in a fair and mutually beneficial relationship. In addition, we provide competitive quotes on many pre-designed projects, and have many repeat hard-bid customers.
Safety is one of NSC’s highest priorities. If you can’t work safely, then you can’t work at NSC. We want every one of our employees to return home to their families in the same condition as they started, every day. We hold weekly safety meetings, and strive daily to nurture a culture of safety here at NSC, which in turn allows us to consistently reach our goal of zero accidents. In addition, we actively participate in safety conferences with our customers, and maintain ISNetworld, PICs, and Achilles registrations.
Second only to our employees, are our customers and the relationships with those customers. Our sales department is not here to simply sell something; we are all here to build relationships.
